HODGE & Associates' philosophy is that most of us want to be the best performer, leader, supervisor and colleague we can be but sometimes we get stuck. Embedded routines, thinking, behavior and habits often prevent us from moving forward, taking risks and creating positive change. Recent advances in neuroscience suggest that old habits cannot be erased but they can be replaced by new and more effective thinking and behavior.
We design our coaching around the unique individual and his or her needs and goals. We are results-focused, meaning that we work with clients to identify where they want to go, overcome obstacles that are getting in the way, and develop clear short and long-term action learning plans. Our coaching engagements typically span from three to 12 months, depending on the person's needs. We augment coaching with other tools such as 360 feedback surveys, shadowing and personality instruments as needed.
